What we promise, what we charge for, what the warranty covers and where our responsibility ends. Short sentences on purpose — you should be able to read this in one sitting.
These are the terms on which GK Motors, of Sheela Bypass, near New Railway Crossing, Jasbir Colony, Sector-5, Rohtak, Haryana 124001, provides car servicing, spare parts and insurance claim assistance, and on which you use this website.
By booking a service, buying a part or creating an account, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site — call us or come in instead, and we will deal with you the ordinary way.
You need an account to book online and to see your service history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself, and for anything done through your account.
Give us accurate details. If your phone number is wrong we cannot reach you about your car, and if your address is wrong we cannot collect it.
We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively, and we will tell you why.
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the work described. What your car actually needs is known only once we have looked at it.
We will send you an itemised estimate and wait for you to approve it before any work begins. If we find something else once the car is on the ramp, we stop and call you. You will not receive a bill for work you did not agree to.
An approved estimate is what you pay, unless you later agree to additional work. Where a fault cannot be diagnosed without dismantling, we will tell you that before you commit, along with what the diagnostic itself costs.
Payment is due when you collect the vehicle or take delivery of an order, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Where a booking requires an advance, the amount will be stated before you pay it and is set against the final bill.
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and an invoice is issued for every job.
We collect and return vehicles within Rohtak at no charge, subject to a driver being available and the address being reachable.
Please be present at the pickup, remove valuables from the vehicle, and hand over a car that is legally roadworthy — with valid insurance and a driver we can lawfully entrust it to.
Collection and return times are estimates. Traffic, weather and workload move them, and we will keep you informed rather than leaving you waiting.
We fit genuine OEM or OES parts. Where a cheaper equivalent exists we will say so and let you choose, rather than deciding for you.
Parts removed from your vehicle are bagged and returned to you with the car, unless the part must be surrendered as part of a warranty or insurance claim, or you tell us to dispose of it.
Work carried out and parts we supply are covered for 12 months. The warranty covers the workmanship and the part itself. It does not cover normal wear, damage from an accident, misuse, or work later done elsewhere on the same assembly.
Manufacturer warranties on parts run in addition to ours and are unaffected by it.
Where you ask us to, we will raise a claim with your insurer, coordinate the surveyor and carry out approved repairs.
What your insurer approves is your insurer’s decision, not ours. We will tell you honestly whether claiming is likely to be worth it, but we cannot guarantee an outcome, an approval amount or a timescale.
You remain responsible for the excess your policy specifies, and for any work the insurer declines that you still want done.
You can cancel a booking at no charge up to the point work begins. Tell us as early as you can, particularly if a driver is already on the way.
Once work has started, you are liable for the labour and parts committed up to that point.
Parts bought from the shop can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days. Electrical components, fluids and anything fitted or opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
If a job is not right, tell us before you pursue a refund. In almost every case we would rather put it right, and there is no charge for doing so under the warranty above.
We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our custody.
Please take valuables, documents and personal belongings out before handing the car over. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in a vehicle.
Vehicles are test-driven where the work requires it, by our own staff and on public roads.
If a vehicle is left uncollected for a long period after we have told you it is ready, we may charge reasonable storage. We will contact you well before that happens.
Stock and prices shown are what we believe to be correct at the time. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it — if that happens we will contact you and refund in full.
Fitment is your responsibility unless you have asked us to fit the part. If you are unsure whether something suits your car, ask us first; we would rather answer a question than process a return.
We are responsible for doing the work we agreed to, competently, with the parts we said we would use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses we could not have reasonably foreseen — such as lost earnings or a missed appointment arising from a delay — nor for faults that existed before the vehicle came to us and were outside the work you asked for.
The text, images and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for another business.
Do not attempt to break into, overload or scrape the site, and do not use the contact form to send abusive or fraudulent messages.
We keep the site running as reliably as we can but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. If you cannot reach it, the workshop phone still works.
If something has gone wrong, tell us first: call 093559 99664, email claim@gkmotors.in, or come in and speak to us. Most problems are quicker to solve in person than in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rohtak, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you made it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
Ask us. You can walk in, call, or write — whichever is easiest.
